If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please send your request to our customer service team, and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.Online purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange, or refund within 45 days from the ship date. We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or any defective merchandise purchased on Thewildlifejewelry.com for return.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned: sleepwear, canvas wall art, accessories (except bags and blankets). And please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your returnWe do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.
1 After 24 hours of payment, the order cannot be cancelled. You can contact us within 24 hours to cancel the order, otherwise 10% service fee will be charged (Since we have already started processing your order). Thanks fopr your understanding and cooperation.2 About the size of the product or the arrival time of the question, please contact us (thewildlifejewelry@hotmail.com)or leave a message on the website, we will deal with it in a timely manner. 3 If the customer writes the wrong collection address and selects the wrong product size or color, we can't refund it if we have shipped it.But we will certainly assist our clients in solving problems. If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an return or a refund for you. We are here to help! Compensation time-frame
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-7 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours.
Wallet refunds: Up to 24 hours.

If the quality problem of our goods or the wrong goods, we will pay the return shipping fee.
